JiST/SWANS is a relatively new, Java-based discrete event simulator. The JiST engine has shown extraordinary performance, and SWANS offers a nice stack for simulations of ad hoc networks atop of JiST.

The supporting community of JiST/SWANS is continuously growing. On this portal, we provide our extensions to JiST/SWANS created at Ulm University, but we would like to invite everybody to join. Just create an account and add your extension!

  New release available!

  A new version of our JiST/SWANS release is available for download. Among various small changes and additions, it includes a completely overhauled version of the DUCKS framework. Unfortunately, the documentation of the recent package is not complete at all yet, but will be extended continously.
